4 King Suites · 2 Kitchens · Hot Tub & Fireplace
About
Harvest weekend in Walla Walla, and the whole house is yours. Four king bedrooms, three full baths, sleeps nine — four couples or two families, nobody drawing the short straw. Two full kitchens and two ovens, so a holiday dinner for nine cooks in one go. The fireplace is lit from October 1, and the hot tub sits on a covered deck that still works when the weather turns. Eight minutes to downtown tasting rooms. 4.96 stars over 52 stays.
Good to know
September through November is the valley at its best — crush running, the vineyards gold against the Blue Mountains, and room at the bar again in tasting rooms that were three deep in August. What a group wants at the end of a day like that is the whole house: everyone under one roof, everyone in a real bed, and somewhere warm to sit up talking. SLEEPS 9 — FOUR KING BEDROOMS • Four bedrooms, four KING beds — "comfortable king beds are a must for our group of 4 couples" • Three full bathrooms, stocked with towels and essentials • Upstairs: three king bedrooms, main kitchen, living room with the fireplace, private entrance — all single level, no stairs • Downstairs: fourth king bedroom, second kitchen, second living room and bath, its own private entrance (a spiral staircase connects the floors inside) • Plus a queen sofa bed, pack-n-play and booster seat TWO KITCHENS. TWO OVENS. Nothing else in this market has this, and in fall it is the whole point. Two full kitchens, two ovens, two dining tables and bar seating — a holiday meal for nine with nobody queuing for the oven. "The kitchen was large with 2 ovens!" Dishwashers, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a coffee bar with a waffle station guests write about more than anything else here. FALL, OUTSIDE AND IN • Indoor fireplace, in service from October 1 — "the fireplace was my favorite" • Private hot tub on a covered deck — "hot, clean & easy to use," and usable in the rain • Covered patio with outdoor dining, BBQ, and life-size games on the lawn WHERE YOU ARE • 8 minutes to downtown Walla Walla and the Main Street tasting rooms • Seven Hills 11, Bledsoe 12, Force Majeure 14, L'Ecole No 41 18 minutes • Lions Park directly across the street — its rebuild finished in 2025 with an inclusive playground, ball fields, fishing dock and walking path • Walla Walla University 5 minutes; Walla Walla Regional Airport (ALW) 15 • EV charger in the driveway (bring your cable), parking for three out front ARRIVAL Keyless self check-in — your code arrives before you do, no key to collect. We are local, and we answer fast the whole time you are here. The fall dates that go first: Whitman Family Weekend October 22–24, WWU Family Weekend and Halloween October 29–31, Fall Release Weekend November 5–7, and Thanksgiving. Message us if you want the fireplace lit in September and we will see what we can do. Reserve your fall weekend.
Other Details to Note
Heating and Cooling Because a third one-bedroom apartment in the building shares the central heating system, we manage the thermostat rather than leaving it on the wall. Message us any time, day or night, and we adjust it right away — there is also a space heater in the downstairs bedroom and portable fans in the house. 3rd Apartment in the House That third apartment is rented independently and locked off from your space entirely. If it is occupied, the only place you might cross paths is the lower back patio, where those guests walk to their own parking. Each downstairs suite has its own pair of Adirondack chairs. Cancellation Policy: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions. No Pets and No Smoking: There is a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy for the benefit of all guests with allergies — the building shares a central HVAC system. Any known abuse of this policy may result in a substantial fine. Outdoor Cameras: Exterior security cameras are at both entrances to the house for your safety. They may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home. Damage Protection: A damage waiver is included with your cleaning fee and covers accidental damage during your stay. Intentional damage, and any damage requiring additional deep cleaning, will be your responsibility. Please let us know of any damage so we can remedy it for our next guests. Rental Agreement: A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in. You may also be asked to verify your identity. We use a third party for this through two-factor authentication, and we do not store any of your personal data. Noise Monitor - Upstairs only - will notify you if there is increased decibels. Neighborhood
You are in College Place, a quiet residential town on the Walla Walla side of the valley — close enough that everything is a short drive, far enough that the evenings are calm. Lions Park is directly across the street, and it is genuinely good now: a $1.4M rebuild finished in 2025 added an inclusive playground, soccer and baseball fields, a fishing dock, a picnic shelter, restrooms and a walking and fitness path. Guests with kids consistently name it as the reason the trip worked. Downtown Walla Walla — Main Street tasting rooms, restaurants, the farmers market that runs through October — is 8 minutes. Walla Walla University is 5. Groceries are a few minutes away in either direction. In fall the valley is at its best: harvest through September and October, the Blue Mountains turning, and the crowds thinned out.
