The home sits on a busy street, so there is some daytime road noise. No dishwasher, no pets, and no smoking (shared HVAC). Keyless entry, security cameras at the exterior entrance, and a simple rental agreement keep your stay secure and easy.

No Pets and No Smoking: This unit is in a house with 2 other units. There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy for the benefit of all guests with allergies due to shared HVAC system. Quiet Hours: There is also a quiet policy from 10-8 am for the comfort of all our guests. We thank you in advance by honoring this. Outdoor Cameras: Security cameras are at the entrance to the house for your safety. They may be recording video and audio. Damage Deposit: As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility. Rental Agreement: A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in. CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

We have wonderful neighbors and are located across the street from a large park with walking paths, duck pond and playground. (Under construction summer 2024 - summer 2025). We are located on a busy city street. The sidewalk and street out front is noisy at times and the garbage truck comes very early Monday mornings. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this may not be the best place for you. However, it is extremely convenient with easy access and wonderful walking paths nearby.

Guest Access

Full access to the small backyard. The Magnolia Suite is below a 3 bedroom unit and is next door to a studio unit. It is a self contained private living space with a convenient separate entry with a key code and self check in.

As a travel nurse, the Magnolia is perfect for my fiancé and I. He enjoys playing the piano that is at the apartment . Very clean, not cluttered and has all of the basic essentials. Not to mention the perfect patio with a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape with squirrels and birds. I plan to stay again and longer next time. Mindi is very attentive to any needs you may have.

From the moment you step out of your vehicle and see the beautiful landscaping, you feel at ease. The Suite was clean and comfortable with decorative accents making you feel at home. The Location was just perfect. Shopping centres not far away! The Host was so easy to work with, We highly recommend your stay here!

Find us

Car is the best way to get around. There is a bus that runs nearby, if a car isn’t possible. Your best parking is either in back at the base of the stairs or out front on the street in front of our pathway going to the back of the house. Thank You.
