Instructions sent 24 hours before arrival. GUESTS Maximum 6 guests overnight Day visitors must be approved in advance Booking guest must be 25 or older and present during the stay No third-party bookings. The person who books must be in attendance. NOISE AND NEIGHBORS Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am We want to respect our neighbors. Music, gatherings, and outdoor activities must respect quiet hours. No amplified outdoor music at any time SMOKING AND SUBSTANCES No smoking inside or outside the home under any circumstances, including vaping No illegal substances on the property PARKING Free off-street driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles Street parking also may be available Please don't block the garage doors next to the home. OUTDOOR AMENITIES BBQ grill is available for guest use. Please clean after each use and keep the grill more than 5 feet from the house for safety. If you move items in the yard, please return them before checkout. KITCHEN AND INTERIOR No open flames inside the home other than the indoor fireplace Return all furniture and items to their original positions before departure Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can remedy things before the next guests. We are understanding about accidents. We are not understanding about surprises at checkout. SECURITY AND CAMERAS Cameras are present covering the front and back of the shop for security purposes. Audio and video may be recorded and kept for a short period and then deleted. EVENTS AND GATHERINGS Small private gatherings of registered guests only No parties, events, or commercial activities without prior written host approval Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund DAMAGES AND CHECKOUT / RESERVATION AGREEMENT A damage waiver is included as part of your reservation and covers accidental damage Intentional damage is the full financial responsibility of the booking guest A rental agreement will be sent before check-in and must be signed prior to arrival. Guest ID verification may be requested. These services involves a 3rd party using 2 factor authentication. We do not store any of your personal data.
